PCHAIN AMA SUMMARY

Q1: In the past you said that a lot of corporations wanted to adopt blockchain technology. PCHAIN is offering them this opportunity via private/public CCC. How is the situation right now, considering the pandemic, in finding new customers for CCC? How is the demand, are there new clients? What does PCHAIN do to attract new CCC?

Jeff: We got more and more reference cases in China. Our clients even can help to promote our CCC to other clients. So CCC landing is not that hard now. The only problem is Covid-19 make the engagement a little hard.

Q2: I have read in Chinese media where some blockchain technology companies are having some difficulties obtaining data for the creation of a final product. Sometimes financial, government data, hospitals, some sectors or provinces are complicating these details. How is PCHAIN in this situation in China.

Jeff: Yes. And that's also a huge opportunity in China. As more and more projects, especially from gov, are combining blockchain + big data. Almost all the cities are launching these kind of projects. So it's a great opportunity for blockchain companies in China.

Q3: They say that Public channels in China will gradually die, how true is it? For this reason PCHAIN bets on private Child chains?

Jeff: Yes. Public Chain with tokens are not supported in China market especially in Gov applications. While with DCEP, I think it will open another door.

Q4: PCHAIN and plans for the Chinese Yuan, use cases in planning?

Jeff: Yes. In fact, we are defining PCHAIN 2.0 recently. It's not finalized. Generally, PCHAIN 2.0=The Blockchain for DeFi Applications in DCEP, ie, CCC+DCEP+DeFi.

Q5: Whats happend about CCC with 1 Billion users yearly?

Jeff: Due to Convid-19, less and less people took high-speed trains, so the vending machine provider met great challenge. And our collaboration in this direction got effect as well.

Q6: Is there any ongoing work/project with big brands (Tencent, Alibaba, Ant Financial, Baidu, etc)?

Jeff: Yes. We keep discussion with these big brands. Eg we are invited to define new IEEE cross chain standard with Alibaba, Ant Financial in Aug 4th.

Q7: Is there any direct work/project with Chinese governments? Can explain more?

Jeff: Yes. As explained before, we have several projects with Gov in City or Province Level.

Q8: Is PCHAIN developing smart contract litigation/dispute resolution for some Chinese courts / judicial system?

Jeff: Yes. We are exploring smart contract with Chinese courts system.

Q9: BSN is divided into BSN-China & BSN-International since most public chains (NEO, EOS, etc) don’t meet Chinese regulation requirement. Does PCHAIN-childchain meet these requirements? Is there chance that PCHAIN will be integrated into the BSN-China version?

Jeff: we are engaging with BSN-International recently.

Q10: Will PCHAIN explore DeFi? For example as a bridge, Digital Yuan stablecoin, or bringing bitcoin cash to Ethereum?

Jeff: Yes, DCEP+DeFi will be the most important direction of PCHAIN in the next.

Q11:Jeff presented DCEP a few weeks ago. Is PCHAIN actively involved in DCEP development?

Jeff: DCEP should be the next biggest opportunity/direction for all blockchain. From my point of view, DCEP will connect the DeFi with reality/CCC.

Q12:For how many months do you have money left to pay for the fixed costs (salaries, rent, etc.) and how much are these costs per month approximately?

Jeff: Our funding can support us at least 3 years by current estimation.

Q13: Does PCHAIN generate “new” money to pay for these fixed costs and for the future development costs of PCHAIN? If yes, how? (For example, does PCHAIN earn money for implementing a Child Chain?)

Jeff: Yes. CCC is our incoming source.

Q14: Do the team members all have other sources of income or do they fully rely on their income earned at PCHAIN? If there is a distinction between the members can you elaborate on this?

Jeff: For full time employees, yes, they fully rely on PCHAIN. For part time members, they helped PCHAIN with their great enthusiasm. I would especially thanks for our part time members!

Q15: How do you see PCHAIN 5 years from now?

Jeff: 5 years is too long to estimate in blockchain area. I hope our new PCHAIN 2.0 would become very unique in this space.

Q16:Right now PCHAIN is focusing on CCC as of we know. How is it going with dapps ?

When will start the team working on an oracle? How about crosschain ?Any plans? Isnt that too much work for the team?

Jeff: For DApps, we will try DeFi. For Crosschain, it's natural to have this capability when we extend DCEP to EVM. We got too much work for the team :). But we will close them one by one with our partners.

Q17: You have already explained the Plian fact, but even in the conferences we do not see a link between Plian and PCHAIN even in LOGO matters. Don't you think it would be favorable to use the same PCHAIN logo for Plian? Or the fact that ICOS PCHAIN and Plian are banned in China could it be affected for an adoption?

Jeff: Yes. We need to seperate PCHAIN and PLian in China market with compliance consideration.

Q18: Is PCHAIN competing against the Chinese Tron(trx)  and Harmony(one) in Defi, dapps, and decentralisation? (or do you think you will all co-exist?)

Jeff: I dont think so. In fact, we have unique position in China, especially to collaborate with local clients in China.

Q19: Are you planning any buyback this year?

Jeff: Yes. We will announce another round buyback recently.
