币乎就是一个国家，具有浓厚的中国古代文化特点，一乎一国，一文一武，一眼望去，全是人生百态。

在币乎，有着绝对不可侵犯的币乎官方，制定着国家政策，掌管着生杀予夺；有着文官大臣，文风极盛，日日谈论天下事，文官都是来自于写文章出彩的“热门榜”即状元榜，更有状元、榜眼、探花等各类才子佳人，当然也有大多数的落地秀才、潦倒书生；更有着武官大臣镇守边疆，他们有着大把的权重，不过武官的话语权不大，明面的影响力不大。在币乎，文不忌武，所以所有的文官其实都是文武一身，单纯的武官是真实存在的；再多的就是币乎的书生，日日学习，只为争得榜上有名；剩下数量最大的就是这芸芸众生，大把的读者。
杯酒释兵权，改革后的暗潮涌动
在币乎，最近变天了，好文改革到底影响了什么？
对文官和武官而言，用一句话说就是：杯酒释兵权。武官的权利大大削弱，可是，在币乎可是文武一体的，文官的权利其实也大大削弱了。削弱了权重的利害，这对那些大权重的武官影响最大；另一方面提高了阅读的权重，其实这方面对所有参与者都是一样的。
对所有读者和作者而言，用另一句话就是：大赦天下，杀富济贫。普通读者和作者都容易获得更高收益，也更容易出人头地。但是蛋糕就那么大，再赶上减产，有人收入降低必然引起不满，可是大家要注意，不仅是大武官，很多大文官也是受影响。私下买卖赞是所有大权重武官和文官的敛财之道，其实本次改革，并不会杜绝这种行为，只是降低了它的市场价值。前一阵有流言大户要解锁离场，其实这个和“告老还乡“一个道理，都是在逼宫。

只许官兵放火，不许百姓点灯
最近，币乎里好多人都在讨论改革的利弊，尤其是最近文章中红包、点赞、分红等行为愈演愈烈，很多人已经开始担心但币乎的发展，其实所有人都想到了，包括我自己，既用这种方式，又担心这种行为，更忧虑币乎的未来（也就是我的key）。可是换个思想：红包和买卖赞、奖励、分红等有什么区别？甚至与增加权重又有什么区别？最根本的币乎奖励key给文章和赞、评论又有什么区别？所有人都是在耍手段而已。本质上都是花钱买赞买阅读（当然有的人纯粹是和粉丝共享收益，很多作者有这个想法的）。可是在官方允许的规则内是允许的的，私下的交易会扰乱整个市场。
之前的时间，私下买赞大家就深恶痛疾，而现在刚开始明面上的买赞大家就坐不住了。说到底，之前的小部分群体的私下阴谋是不可避免的，而现在大范围的阳谋却是令人厌恶的。并不是不让百姓点灯，而是一大群百姓点灯，影响甚广，币乎的脸面不好看了。
币乎之根本，是这芸芸读者
前一阵刚看了《极品家丁》，有一段话让我印象很深刻，皇上问状元，佳人和林三三个人一个问题，这赏花园中“何花是花中之魁？”状元答牡丹，佳人答白牡丹，林三说是狗尾巴草。我想道理大家都明白，不论是文章大家还是权重大家，只有这源源不断的读者才是币乎的根本，没有作者参与阅读，我们作家的捂手弄姿没有什么意义。而社区的发展需要的是源源不断的读者，而币乎这次改革，真正受益的就是这些人，这是社区加快发展的重要举措。 总结 用一国论来说币乎本次改革，只是为了通俗易懂，本人并不崇尚封建文化，不崇尚一言堂，中国文化博大精深，这些东西早就写在历史里，币乎的这些事就够我们吃瓜群众吃一阵了，在币乎里不论是谁，生存博大都不容易，大户小白都一样，都是自家兄弟，都要互相依存，而博的大小只是币乎世界的法则使然。 其实，我在币乎写文也才一周，用了些方法，也取得了点收益，当然方法有点激进有点不要脸面，可是，对于新作家和小读者而言，脸面有那么重要吗？今天有感而发，不吐不快，就当是和大家的一个交流了，欢迎大家评论批评。
